HCG 1234 May, 27th

I had so much fun in Oregon, and not to mention that I ate a lot of food. I forgot how good the restaurants were. I gained 4bls and had my two loading days May 22-23rd. I weighed myself Tuesday morning, and I was at 197.6, I gained 4.2bls, this morning when I weighed myself I am at 192.4 total weight losses of 5.2 in four days, for a combined weight loss of 13.2bls. I must say not bad at all.
I am not looking forward to going into a three day weekend; the weekends are so hard on me. During the week I can spend my days at work and focus on me. On the weekends I have Jeff and the Kids. I am hoping that tomorrow I have a good weight loss so it helps me stay strong through the weekend. I will need to keep reminding myself that to loss is better than gain.
I’ll post on Tuesday the 31st how I did over the weekend. Once again please wish me luck….!

HCG 1234 May, 18th.

Last Friday May 13th was pretty much a Friday the 13th. I woke up and weighed myself and gained a pond and , I blew my diet. Jeff cooked this really good pork to where it just falls apart and is so good. After smelling it cook all night, I gave in that morning. I was so bummed at myself, I ended up blowing it all day.
That night I decided that I was going to stabilize off the diet, because on Friday the 20th I and Jeff our planning on taking a trip to Bend Or. I didn’t want to get our there are not be us to eating food. Because hear in Juneau the only two fast food restraints are McDonald and Subway. And if you go out to eat at a restraint your will pay 9.50 for a basic burger.
I have done really good and as of this morning I still weigh 193.2. I plan on taking my drops with me and having my two loading days be May 22-23. And start the 500 calorie diet May 24th.

HGC Day 10 May 11, 2011

So I woke up this morning and didn’t really think I would lose anything, because the day before I hit the mark of losing 10 1/2lbs. I went into the bathroom and weighed myself, I thought to myself there is no way the scale is right, after about 10 different time and ways to weigh myself, I figured the scale must be right. I LOST 2 MORE POUND TO PUT ME AT 193.2 A TOTAL OF 12 1/2LBS. I AM SO HAPPY! My close are all big now and of course I got rid of all my clothes about 6 months back thinking I would never be able to lose any weight, or if I did lose anything be able to lose enough to fit them again.
But on the good note it’s time to go shopping this weekend.

HCG May, 9th day 8

So what am I complaining about? I woke up this morning all down on myself because I didn’t lose anything starting weight 205.6 and as of this morning, and Sunday morning 196.6. That is 9lbs.
The weekend was so hard to get through. Friday night I and Jeff found ourselves kid less for the night. I wanted to go to dinner so bad, because we hardly ever get a night alone. BUT I stayed strong and Saturday morning I weighed 196.6.
Saturday was a whole different story, the kids had this thing that they had to sing in Saturday morning down town and following the service a local restaurant opened its doors for the public and feed every one breakfast for free. I had brought food for myself, but was not hungry and thought that I would run to the car after the service and get my food. Well the car was only parked like a mile away. I went inside and loaded myself up a plate. I thought to myself well I have lost 9lbs what would one day hurt. I went to the table and took a few bites and got up and told Jeff that I had to leave it just wasn’t worth it.
Sunday morning woke up weighed myself 196.6 happy that I had dropped 1lb because I had cheated a little on Saturday. BUT WOW Sunday was hard to get through, it was mother’s day. I once again wanted to go out to eat. But not only just wanting to go out to eat, I craved everything; I wasn’t hungry just craving stuff. Jeff asked me what I would like to do for mother’s day, I told him a hike. We ended up going for a three mile hike.
So this morning when I woke up and didn’t even lose an ounce, I pouted all day. I decided to update my blog and realized that I had lost 9lbs in 8day. I would be happy to do that in one month.
Today had been easy to get through, I am not home making meals for my or snacks for my family all day. I have plenty of energy today and feel good.

My HCG journey, May, 5th day 6

I have been going back and forth about sharing this on my Blog. I am embarrassed about how heavy I have gotten over that couple of years. This last year 2010, my weight has hovered around 200bls. I have has so many failed attempts to lose the weigh, that I had pretty much given up.
I had run into a dear friend that I had not seen for about 6 months, and she had lost 50bls, and looked amazing. I asked her how she lost the weight, and went home and looked up as much information that I could find about the diet. After reading a praying, I went ahead and ordered the stuff the next day.
My girl friend went to the store on Saturday April, 30 with me and showed me the inns and out of what I should eat. This was so helpful and such a blessing. She has been such a blessing, we email back and forth through the day, and has been such a huge support to me.
I received my HCG 1234 on April, 28 and I stared on HCG April, 29th. The first two days of the diet you start the drops and eat as much as you can. The funny thing is I looked forward to having a reason to eat everything and anything that I wanted. But little did I know that the drops have this crazy way of making you not feel hungry, and the overindulgence of food made me have headaches, and I felt like crap. I couldn’t wait until the third day to start a 500 calorie diet.
I am on day 6 now and I feel great. My starting weight was 205.6 sizes 16-18 and as of this morning my weight is at 198.8, almost 7bls sizes 14-16. 16 are getting a little big now. The last two days I felt hungry, but not to the point where I thought I couldn’t handle it and that was mostly in the morning. Before I started this diet the mornings always got to me. Today I feel super good and have lots of energy, and so fare do not feel at all hungry.
You can do the second phase of the diet and stay on it anywhere from 3-6 weeks. Depending on how much you want to lose. I would like to lose between 25-30bls, so I am going to stay on the second phase for 6 weeks. Wish me luck. I am going to try to update my blog every couple of days with how I am doing.
